Wu Kongming meets with Turkish Deputy Undersecretary of MFAL
On May 7th, CAAS Vice President Wu Kongming met with Nihat Pakdil, Deputy Undersecretary of Turkey Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock (MFAL) at CAAS headquarter in Beijing. And a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) of bilateral cooperation on agricultural science and technology was singed after the meeting.
The MOU is aimed at promoting cooperation between CAAS and Turkish General Directorate of Agricultural Research and Policies (GDAR) through staff and information exchange, research programs, talents training, and genetic resources, etc.
“The MOU marks a milestone in the China-Turkey cooperation in the agricultural science and technology”, Wu said. He called for more efforts from the two sides to extend the partnership.
