British scholar granted as BRI's guest professor
Recently, Professor Paul Williams, an entomologist from Life Sciences Department of Natural History Museum UK, was granted the guest professor at Bee Research Institute (BRI) of CAAS.


Professor Paul Williams, also the Chairman of Bumblebee Specialist Group of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), is a famous expert for humblebee taxonomy and protection. He has published more than 170 papers on bumblebee research. And in 1996, he was awarded the Linnean Medal 20th Century.
Professor Paul Williams has visited China for seven times since the partnership with BRI was established in 2007.
