New Type of BVT Sterilization Equipment Debuted on the 14th China High-Tech Fair
A new type of food processing equipment, bimodal variable temperature (BVT) sterilization equipment was successfully developed by researchers at the Institute of Agro-Products Processing Science and Technology (IAPPST), CAAS. And it received acclaim on the 14th China High-Tech Fair (CHTF) held in Shenzhen in late November, 2012.
This BVT sterilization equipment constitutes a temperature and pressure balanced hot water spraying system and a multi-stage heating system. This equipment integrates state-of-art F0 value control and computer control technologies, which enables rapid and even heating, precise temperature control and efficient sterilization process. It can minimize the temperature difference between the surface and inner core of the processed food and hence best preserve the food flavor.
