The deep-processed bio-active buffalo diary product, a major output of the key international cooperative project undertaken by the Institute of Buffalo Research, CAAS has recently won the release permission from Chinese authorities.

By assimilating the deep processing technology of buffalo diary products from Bulgaria, a new type of yellow cheese and wash rind cheese were developed and became the champion on the Chinese market.

These cheese products are rich in amino acid and nutritious content. They enjoy independent IPR.
