The Invasive Mechanism of Super bug Bemisia Tabaci B Biotype Published on SCIENCE Magazine
“Basic Research on the Invasive Mechanism and Control of hazardous agricultural and forestry creature”, a key project in the National 973 program lead by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, has made great progress on the invasive mechanism of super bug bemisia Tabaci B Biotype. The research achievement was published on the prestigious SCIENCE magazine. Researchers impressed the evaluators by the comprehensive methodology combining systematic field research, experimental population trial and behavior observation in the field of ecology, ethology and molecular biology. Evaluators appraised the research as the pioneering endeavors in invasive biology. Due to its exquisite project design and complete data collection, the research conclusion is very convincing and inspiring for scientists in entomology, agriculture, animal behavior and evolutionary biology.
